United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Made-to-Order Items

Some Idinma Brand products are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed, which may add additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Idinma Brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
