Refund & Return Policy – Idinma Brand

At Idinma Brand, we take pride in the quality of our apparel and merchandise. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from Idinma Brand are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and product details before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Clear photos showing the issue must be provided

Once reviewed and approved, Idinma Brand will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit, if a replacement is unavailable

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by washing or misuse

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Idinma Brand is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or stolen packages once handed over to the carrier

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Processing Time

Approved replacements or store credits will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
