Refund policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At Idinma Brand, every item is made to order using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Because each product is created specifically for you, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental orders
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at idinmaclothingbrand@gmail.com.

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, Idinma Brand will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.

We may request additional information or ask that the item be returned before processing your claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled because each item is custom-made.

Shipping Issues

Idinma Brand is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Packages delayed due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Store Credit Processing

If your claim is approved and store credit is issued, it will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Idinma Brand and does not expire unless stated otherwise.
